I would not go back to Visionworks in the future. The staff was nice however they completely overbook their eye exam appointments. I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. You cannot call them directly, their telephone number is part of chain of stores and has a voicemail system that is completely automated. While writing this review I have been on hold for over 25 minutes just to find out if my glasses are ready.

Dr. Cleary explains every test calmly. She's a professional with a kind demeanor. Donna is outstanding in every way! She goes above & beyond, cares about every patient and makes picking out frames fun! She also gives great advice & feedback. Pearle Vision is lucky to have her!

From my first steps into the office to when I stepped out, everyone was so nice, professional and efficient. Everything was organized and clean. The technician was super thorough as well as the doctors. I felt very comfortable and glad I found my new optometrist office! Will definitely be coming back here.

Very professional and friendly service, Lifetime Vision is a great optometry service in Quincy, with a clean office, comfortable surroundings, and good prices. The assistants are quick and easygoing, so the routine pre-exams are handled easily. The doctors are experienced and cordial, so they relate any information about diagnoses in a way that is easy to grasp but also comprehensive.

Extremely rude office employees. I don't know why they are so rude. They cancelled the appointment because doctor was not gonna come for the day. They didn't send me a cancellation notice. When I brought up the topic, the office lady seemed to be a bit hostile. She talked as if it is my mistake. Not gonna go here anymore
