Eye exams is a procedure to evaluate the functions of the eye that provide normal vision. Namely, how the size, shape, and color of objects are perceived, as well as their location relative to each other. Eye exams are necessary for the timely detection of abnormalities and successful correction. Eye exams include accurate determination of the patient's visual acuity and refraction, intraocular pressure measurements, microscopic examination of the eye (biomicroscopy), pachymetry (corneal thickness measurement), echobiometry (eye length determination), ultrasound eye examination (B-scan), computer keratotopography and thorough retinal (eye fundus) examination with a wide pupil, tear production level determination and detailed visual field examination of the patient. Various methods are used to test vision, the results of which allow the doctor to identify abnormalities and prescribe a correction.

My family and I have been customers for many years. This well-oiled machine of an office should be studied by other health care providers as to how to run a business, actually give great compassionate service and operate efficiently. The office is always clean and they will invest in the space to make it better. One observation is that the waiting room is too big. That is because the "wait" is really so short that it accumulates very few people and they have room for 20+! I have and will recommend Dr. Rallo to others. Did I mention that they have a commitment to state-of-the-art equipment?

I usually don’t post reviews. My experience on Tuesday 15th was really good. My representative Michelle had a wonderful customer service and professional acumen! She helped me find the glasses just for me! I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 6 yrs old so, I’m picky about how they look. She helped me w/no glare, no lines, transitional & helping w/the most cost efficient. I really appreciate her hard work & dedication to provide something that’s so imperative to my daily living!

Just your typical retail optometry staff keeping up with the rude receptionist stereotype. Was treated very condescendingly by a black woman at reception. (As a black woman this is typical and frustrating) I don’t know if it was my age that made her think It would be great to speak to me as if I was less than a person or what, but I’m all done with retail optometry. It’s employees like this that ruin experiences and job stereotypes for everyone. Vision works has already ruined my prescriptions twice now. I figured a nicer location would be a better experience. NOPE. Proved to be very much the same.
