I came in today for a scheduled eye exam. After telling the receptionist my name and scheduled time, she informed me that my appointment had been cancelled. This was news to me as I had not cancelled it or received any calls, texts, or emails regarding the appointment. After making me stand there awkwardly for a few minutes while they investigated the mysterious cancellation (which was never explained or apology given) they acted like they would see me... until I gave them my new insurance card. They said they did not accept it for eye exams even though I had called before making the appointment, asked specifically about eye exams, and was told that it was accepted. Long story short, save yourself some time and hassle. I knew Lenscrafters was overpriced but I let it slide on the premise that the convenience and customer service was worth the added cost. They clearly do not have it together over there.

Well this is what they made me and I still can't see out of them, they put the etching on the outside and not on the inside or the underside, eyeglasses are supposed to have a prescription number on the armature for each individual, I had asked for bifocals I wanted a clear safety glass and a magnifier at the bottom and a delusion or magnifier at the top for long distance these came out worthless this was the second set of lenses, like the sections of the eye and the visual cortex is the cerebrum, the cerebellum, the parentile, the occipital sclera and strongoloids, neurons of the medulla oblongata light travels at different speeds different absorptions cynoids and cyanoids.. just find a regular doctor regular optometrist that put your medical prescription number on your frame so they can't be resold or given to somebody else or stolen
