West Wichita Family Optometrists is a great place for eye care. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Lamp is the greatest eye doctor I have ever seen. He is personable and takes time to explain each patient’s individual issues in layman’s terms. I have seen Dr. Lamp for many years and he always goes above and beyond and never disappoints.
I have not had an eye exam for many years. West Wichita family optometrists came very highly recommended. Dr. Simon was amazing. Terri the lady that help me with my glasses was so patient with me I ended up buying two pair. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing an eye doctor or glasses and I will definitely be back.
I took my mother, who needs a lot of special attention. The staff are always helpful and kind to us and provide excellent eye care. This time, I particularly appreciated the call we got yesterday, letting me know that her copay would be higher because it had been less than a year and offering to reschedule if we wanted.
