Only spoke with the staff briefly on over the phone. Was only trying to schedule a contact fitting. After waiting on hold for a long time, the staff member quickly gave me a fax number and said I needed McConnell AFB to fax my exam documents to them. I tried to explain the documentation they already gave me for this exact purpose; the staff member was short with me, told me they wanted the fax and then hung up on me.
The Optometrist, Dr Keusler, rushed thru my exam faster than speed dating, not even letting me answer before she switched slides! After she gave me the results she told me to come back if her diagnosis is incorrect. INCORRECT?? After I pay for the Rx lenses in my glasses?! That is not possible! That's irresponsible and no one paying out of pocket at Walmart has money to do that. This is taking advantage of people/consumers when people dont have a recourse. Disgusting!
