My second time that I have went to this place and will never go back!. They don’t respect your appointment which is very sad and to top it off you have to wait two hours!. Right when I asked for my money back so I can leave they want to tell me that I was next?!. When they took care of this other person who came 20 mins after me!. And they told me to come earlier next time lol! When I did in fact came in earlier. So disappointed I’ll happily take my time and money to a professional place.

I was super nervous to receive treatment, poke in the eye does not send me into bliss EVER. This time, I experienced a vasovagal episode immediately following the procedure. Ryan was the technician/assistant - he knew exactly how to help me manage the sensations by explaining I would be okay, helped me remain present and grounded as he showed me to a chair and quickly got me a cup of cold water. He explained what happened to cause the reaction in enough details that I knew I could trust his guidance. He was kind, soft spoken and at my service from the moment I said I felt queasy and faint to right before I left the office. He used technical terms and broke it all down. I felt safe! Office staff behind the reception desk looked over at me as the sensations moved through me and Ryan checked on me again and encouraged me to stay as long as I needed. I am a psychotherapist, I knew what he was saying and I was able to bounce back with his help. It is encouraging to know the front line medical field are trained in polyvagal theory and uses it when needed. I was validated, paid attention to and genuinely cared about. Thank you Ryan!

After going to Grene Vision and consistently waiting THREE HOURS at every appointment, I took my mother to Dr. Dalla. LOVE this place! The longest wait we've had was the initial appointment. If we're early, they get us in. Always willing to work with us scheduling appointments. Staff is friendly and considerate. And Dr. Dalla is very personable, explains everything. So glad we found him!
