I am always grateful for the professionalism and service of the entire staff. All 3 employees were engaging, helpful, and funny. I had a great time with all of them. It is rare to find a solid team like that so keep up the great work.
The gentleman who's name I do not know has gone out of his way to help me two times now when I made errors. The first time was when I ordered new sunglass lenses for my Ray-Bans I mistakenly did it through the wrong store. The man took care of it and had them shipped to the Maize store for me. The second time was today when I went to pick up two new pairs of Ray-Bans and I did some shopping when I was done at optical and I left the new glasses in the cart out in the parking lot. They retrieved them and were kind enough to ship them to me UPS so I would not have to drive back to Wichita to get them. I have medical issues that keep me from driving so once again they bailed me out when I was solely responsible for the errors. I can't express my gratitude enough for this considerate service. I feel like a valued customer when I go there and in this day and age that's a rarity.
