My lenses are horrible! I take care of my glasses, but one side is so attached up I can hardly see. The other side has a film on the lenses. I called Alex the manager in optical and said basically take my service elsewhere. They don’t value customer service!
Michelle at Target East was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, while being very nice. She looked up the different price options between insurance and buying direct from Target. She put notes in our file of what frames we were looking at so we could purchase later. She never seemed hurried or bothered. It was a pleasure interacting with her.
