Dr Sullivan saved my children, all three from being thrown away by the school system. He diagnosed convergence disorder in two of the three and was able to 100%correct it. The problem was causing my children to not be able to learn to read, and within 6months had changed their lives. My third child was diagnosed as disgraphic, and dyslexic and because of the outcome with my previous two children I was not worried or concerned and instead adjusted learning styles to suit her needs. Dr Sullivan and Toon taught me,a a parent, that what my child perceived is not broken,i is just different, and be worked around. These Drs and staff are life savers!

This is a review for whoever answers the phone, not the practice itself (Dr. Toon is an ace optometrist and probably the best in Wichita). I called about ordering a couple of boxes of contacts and the woman who answered the phone insisted I needed a check-up. I declined, saying I just wanted new contacts with the same prescription. She goes on to tell me that it’s impossible without a check-up. Fine, no problem, I can buy them online—just send me my prescription, please. Nope, no can do, says the woman, which has to be against some kind of law. Anyway after she refuses to give me my contacts prescription, I thank her for her time and she rudely hangs up on me without another word. Awesome! I wish I had gotten her name for the complaint I’m filing. P.S. I was able to get contacts elsewhere perfectly fine. Thanks for lying (metaphorically) to my face!
