I have been going to Dr. Landes for around 20 years. His experience, knowledge, and reputation is an asset to this community. His staff makes it very easy to get contacts and glasses quick and easy. Plus, he drives a motorcycle to work
I think Scott is great and this is a vastly superior experience to any chain. However... the older lady receptionist truly does not ever need to work in customer service. Ever. I believe she loses the practice money and she is the reason this is a 4, not a 5. Prepare yourself for virtual eyeball rolls, sighs and extended pauses while you wait to exist.
I have never had a eye exam before and this doctor was recommended to me by a family-friend and was glad i went because he was very nice to me and was able to get the glasses i needed at a decent price and will be my eye doctor forever and will recommend him to everyone who needs a eye doctor.
