New Vision Optometry

I really like this eye clinic. I have been coming here since 2009 when I moved here. I have gotten the opportunity to and be treated by both doctors, they are both very kind, patient, and eager to answer all my questions. I feel like they took their time with all the tests, and made sure I was happy with my improved sight (since my vision with cataracts gets a tiny bit worse each year) when the eye test was done. They give me a new nicely laminated card providing my vision info so I can get my new glasses with ease. The rest of the staff is kind as well. They happily helped with me everything I needed and had my card ready as I was leaving. I highly recommend this New Vision eye clinic. I posted this in July 2021 and the price for an exam without insurance is only $80, but this could change at anytime so be sure to call and check with them before u go

The doctor seemed to be in a hurry. Didn't ask about concerns or really talk to me. I'm 60+ and she didn't dilate my pupils which I think is important. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and felt that the exam was no where near thorough. It bothered me so much that I paid for an exam by another doctor in a clinic I used to go to. No surprise - NONE of the numbers/measurements for my eyes/ prescription were the same! Needless to say I went with the newer prescription and feel much better about my sight. I would NOT recommend New Vision Optometry if you want a thorough exam!

We have been here twice and I’ve been so happy both times. My husband has a habit of waiting to the last minute to get contacts and they always get him in as soon as possible and Dr. Gunther is so amazing with him. He even gave him a trial pair of contacts at one point because he tore his last pair and couldn’t see. If you want to make sure that your family is very well taken care of then take them here!
