My son's glasses hinge broke so we needed a completely new pair same day. Unfortunately, they didn't have my son's Rx lens in stock. However, Chris was so helpful and did everything he could for us. He gave us a temporary fix on the glasses and wished us well. While we didn't get our problem resolved, it was still worth the visit!
I do not writing negative reviews, but......Having been 'rescued' after losing my glasses while overseas by a Lenscrafters in Idaho, stellar service by a Lenscrafters in Washington, and reviews here, I thought this was a no brainer when the Manager said "We can do this". Three in-store visits and three phone calls without a callback later over two weeks, and glasses were finally ordered elsewhere. A bad day I can understand, but really?
Got a notification that glasses were ready for pickup. Said they were open till 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Showed up at 6:27 they were already closed. Wasted time and gas. Sent an update to Google to change store hours to close at 6:30 on Saturday!
