Newer to Wichita, here! Dr Jim Jury is just amazing! He will take time to really get to the problem, he didn't rush the appointment and I just felt at home. I will continue to see him for all my glasses needs and eye appointments!

I have been looking for this type of customer care. Every year now for the past 8 years I’ve gone to a new optician every year because I so disliked the care received at the places. Jury eye care is One of a kind and it’s because of the people. No pushy sales, exceptional knowledge and they go out of their way to find a solution. Both Father and Daughter are amazing and so are all the staff members. I really, really cannot wait a year. My husband and daughter came home with the same experience. You’re made to feel at home and it seems to come natural, nothing artificial. I’ve lived in 5 countries on three continents and I wish that more businesses would simulate this model of client care. They come highly recommended and I wish they had a chain of “Jury” businesses because I’d support them all just because of how they treat their customers, patients. All doctors and general business owners can learn from this team. Thank you for making a difference.

I have been coming to Jury Eye Care for over 10 years. Today they lost a customer. Today I went in to pick up my contacts at the location on Douglas. This has never happened but after I received my contacts the lady Diane at the front desk just handed me my package and just set back down. On my way out the door I said "Thank you" and she still didn't say anything. I asked do you not thank your customers for their service anymore? Diane just kind of shrugged her shoulders because she didn't care and I still didn't get a simple thank you. Diane very rude and because of this I will recommend my business to another company for eye care who can simply say thank you. This is so sad.
