I've been seeing Dr. Janasek for 10+ years. He is what you want all your doctors to be: friendly, caring, a good listener, knowledgeable, and genuine. He takes his time to make sure you get quality care.
I am so pleased with the whole team! I took my daughter in for the first time to get her eyes checked yesterday. She was shy, but the whole team made her feel special and helped to make her comfortable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and patient with my check up and my young daughters. The staff was also very helpful and patient with helping me pick out new glasses. I am very excited to pick them up in the next few weeks. I highly recommend this place for the whole family.
I had saw Dr. Gordon at this location for 20 years. After his retirement I was nervous about having to find a new eye doctor after seeing him so long. The first year I went to a doctor with the Grene group and was not impressed. Such poor service that I even had to order my own contact lenses after the exam. So I switched to Janasek and I hope he is here at least 20 years. He was friendly, made me feel right away that he wanted to get to know me and meet all of my needs. Plus his staff ordered my prescription and called me within a week to tell me they had arrived. I didn't feel like I was just another patient in the office I felt like I was treated as a customer.
