A friend told me about this store and suggested I try them. My new glasses purchased in New Orleans are so heavy they slip down my nose so I can’t see. I went in today and Gabby fixed me right up! Installed these little rubber grip pads in no time and they work like a charm. No charge! That’s amazing customer service to treat a previous non customer to the same excellent service their loyal customers receive. Highly recommend. Everyone was so nice & helpful!
They gouge the price! I was charged almost $1000 for 1 pr of glasses… I was overcharged on 3 other pairs & 2 of those frames I provided! How do I know this? I went to their sister store SPECS and they gave me a MUCH lower price on a pair that was reasonable. So yes Buyer Beware. I don’t know why I was overcharged honestly, but wonder if they took a look at my fancy vehicle? I parked right In front of the store. *Also EVERY time I was there… 4 xs, they NEVER had nose pads for glasses & that’s a basic supply for it a spectacle shop! I can’t believe the ridiculousness of that, and in fact the 1st time I was there they had NO nose pads of course & had to call SPECS to get someone to drive some over. That’s nuts folks
Well, to be honest, I don’t usually write reviews so I am not totally sure what to say… but I have to be honest… I have never had service at any store/restaurant/or establishment as good as what I received from Eyewear junkie. The two young ladies working there (Karrington and Leah) were exceptionally kind and professional. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm smile. As I perused their selection, the two were always present to answer my questions and make thoughtful recommendations. If you need high quality sun-glasses or eyewear, go here!
