They have a good selection of frames. Their prices were excellent. I got progressive lenses and when the glasses arrived, I really could not see well out of them. I went back and the optician spent a lot of time with me to get the lens measurement perfect to my unequal pupil height. She really spent quite a bit of time to get it perfect -- all the while letting me know that she would keep working until it worked. And it did work. My previous glasses have had to be expensive "premium" progressives lenses that cost 4 times as much because other opticians could not get the focus zones to line up.. These work just as well as those now. I would definitely go back.
Asked what kind of insurance I had when I arrived, I told them Eyemed, they said ok no problem and had me try on glasses. It wasn't until I was paying that they told me that they don't accept eyemed and gave me an out of network form. So I went ahead and paid for them.... just filled out the form (online) and eyemed doesn't cover lenses that are out of network, which Costco clearly knows and failed to disclose just to get my money. VERY irritated and will not shop here again.
Great experience! Very helpful and competent staff. Best price by far compared to other stores. Stay away from visionworks, I couldn't even see clearly and they sent them back 3 times for modification.
