The Customer Service at Lens Crafters is Amazing! Today during our visit Lisa went Above and Beyond to ensure my daughter had her eye exam. Lisa looked up my eldest daughter's information and was able to confirm secondary insurance for my youngest. Once we had that information we could move forward with the exam. She took care of us and made sure we were taken care of.
Pleasant professional sales staff. We have been going to Lisa for several years, and we appreciate her knowledge. The store itself has many frames to choose from and we also have our eye appointments here. Dr. Wooldridge OD is a a great eye doctor. We recommend this doctor and store for quality and prompt service.
