I had the pleasure of experiencing Amanda who is assistant manager. 1st of all she acted like she knew me for years and treated me with kindness and I wasn't even her guest but she watched my process every step and made sure I was happy. It's extremely rare these days you get to have such customer service and this lady took the cake! She made sure I got good deals and my glasses were perfect for me. I am a manager for Darden and these are the caliber of people we dream of having on our staff. You can't teach these behaviors in management, these are behaviors we wish all our staff had but are lucks to get a few! She is a jewel and honestly should be manager. She had her thumb on the pulse of that store. She cared about her staff and it was evident. I don't believe I cud say enough good about this lady but whT I will say is she did her job above and beyond as I left there happy and feeling like I was given the VIP service we so rarely get these days! I'm sorry I failed to mention all staff there was so sweet and kind and attentive, u could certainly tell they were in kind and wonderful hands as it reflected in there mood!

Had an excellent experience here on 10/2/21. Took my kindergarten son here for an exam, had my 3yo napping on me and we were accommodated so pleasantly. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, holding doors open for us and answered all my questions about work safety frames. The doctor was very engaging with my little boy and had good humor, too. I will be coming back here for all our vision needs from now on. Thank you so much to every staff member here for being so kind and helpful!

Wow! I have been coming to americas best for 23 years and today was one of my best experiences! First I was kindly greeted by Kaley who ran to the door to open it for me as she saw I was coming in with a stroller, how thoughtful. Then, I had an exam through their tele doc option since I needed to get in Asap. I was hesitant about receiving an exam through a doctor not present but the tech Amanda did everything the doctor needed and went above and beyond to ensure a thorough experience. I felt as if it was almost more thorough as they ran more test complimentary for me and showed me everything! Then Adam and Taylor helped me checkout and again they were thorough and helpful, even sent me home with a trial pair of contacts to have until I receive my order! Thanks again for a great experience.
