Walmart Vision & Glasses

To all of y'all writing negative comments/reviews. Should try & understand & get a better conception that you're going to Walmart for an eye exam & Rx (prescription for the uneducated) glasses. You get what you pay for. And, that's not a justification for unprofessional experience. But, again, u get what u pay for. And, most of y'all aren't even paying. My tax dollars are technically. And, look at where ur at meaning the area of the city. Common sense should tell u the level of service you'll get based on that. You should've went to Roswell instead of the "hood!" Seems like y'all just like to complain about anything just to be complaining. So, instead of pointing the finger just look in the mirror. Cause, there's always 3 fingers pointing back at you.

Very improficient staff! THEY put the wrong information in for me, so I couldn't register online, in which I called them to make them aware. They told me to just fill out the paperwork when I got there. The day of my appointment, I received a call stating that my insurance was inactive, in which it isn't- I even called to verify. I told the representative that, and also told her that I couldn't register online because my information must be wrong. She asked me my DOB, so I told her, then she said that was the problem and that she would call me back at 9, after they ran my information again. My appointment was at 9:30, so I called back at 9:13 because I still hadn't heard back, In which they had ANOTHER excuse! I switched my whole day around for this appointment! Highly unprofessional!

I can not say enough nice things about Michael the optician who runs this location. He is often the only person there working (shame on Walmart for that) but he does his best to juggle the needs of all the customers both in the location and on the phone and he works hard. He is professional, personable, and thorough. I have brought my daughter in the last two years in a row for glasses and will continue to come back...just because of him.
