Target Optical

I had a great experience with both my exam and selecting glasses. Dr. Goh was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me as we went along. Both Terry and James were absolute sweethearts, and James helped me find the exact glasses and sunglasses I wanted. They even knew I was a bit disappointed I couldn't get the sunglasses I liked polarized with the pink lenses they were on display with, and got the manufacturer to include the non-RX pink lenses with my frames so I could swap if I wanted. Highly recommend!

My first time to get eye examination near Emory, and I was very nervous because I hadn't performed the eye examination for five years. Fortunately, I met two adorable staffs and they were very patient and nice to explain check-in documents and insurance pricing. The doctor (I believed his last name was Lim) was very skilled and easy-going, and I loved the way he spoke, which relieved me of stress and anxiety (although I knew I still had poor eyesight). But it was always great to hear from him that everything else was fine, and I will definitely revisit next year!

I will not burden you with the reason why I ended up at Target optical because it would be very extensive. I went from place to place trying to find someone who could actually make my daughter's glasses with the prescription that she have. Needless to say each pair of glasses that was made was useless to her. We had been so many places and tried so many different frames, lenses, prescriptions etc. etc., yet nothing seemed to work. We figured we'd give it one more shot and we ended up at Target Optical on North Druid Hills and needless to say, Terry was a mathematical magician when it came to actually figuring out a way to get my daughter glasses that she could actually see out of! Terry did measurements, tried different materials, calculations and adjustments. On the first try with the glasses that she picked up, she could totally not see out of them. That's when the work started. Terry was determined to get her glasses to where she could wear them and also see out of them. To make a long story short, Terry has been my daughter's saving grace. It was indeed a process for him to come up with the right calculations, the right materials, the right adjustments and everything. But on the second visit to pick up the second pair of new glasses that were made, it was absolutely incredible. Everything that he tried actually worked. My daughter cannot believe it. So after about 3 years of trying to get glasses for her this was our last stop. Target saved the day. My daughter proudly wears her new glasses every single day and she still cannot believe that Target was the place that solved her mystery problem. Thank you so much Terry for all your time, your patience, your effort and your knowledge in helping us to rectify this situation. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and with Target optical.
