This team is the best! I cannot be happier with their customer service, friendliness, genuine care and concern. Dr. Vonda Ray is so knowledgeable, engaged and patient; she takes her time and is extremely thorough; I never feel rushed or as though I’m receiving sub-par care. They truly make you feel like family- not to mention they have the most stylish frames, something to surely satisfy the fashion craving and individual needs of everyone! Hands down the best, so much that I’m pretty sure I pass at least three other Pearle’s on the way, but it’s worth the extra travel to get there!
The entire staff at this location have always been friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful! The service is outstanding, the knowledge of lenses and optics availabe (both for glasses and contacts) has been great. As someone who needs bifocals and has a mild astigmatism, finding the correct lenses can be challenging. Every single pair of frames I've gotten has to pass the Parker/Warren (owners) test and they have never steered me wrong. I've alwys gotten compliments on my frames. The service is top notch, the knowledge of their field is reassuring, and Dr. Vonda Ray is amazingly attentive and thorough in her examinations. I highly recommend this place.
This store is absolutely the best! I love their customer service and eye exam. Dr. Ray is knowledgeable, thorough and patient, which is why she will always be my Optometrist. Thank you Dr. Ray for making sure my new eyeglass prescription was perfect.
