Okay, I enjoyed my visit here at Macy's Lens Crafters I will start by saying that I was so impressed with the entire staff from start to finish the Manager Jamel is so down to earth and anyone should be proud to say he works at their store yes a complete jewel...The young lady that works there forgot her name but she made me feel overjoyed just a sweet soul ..Meanwhile, The optician was as well a real comedian he had me laughing...These people are great for the soul thanks Jamel and staff oh yeah and Macy's of course
I had a wonderful experience here as the assistant and the store manager Daryn were very friendly and vibrant. They help you with anything, even if it is small. Dr.Behrens is an amazing doctor as he is very good at what he does and makes one feel comfortable throughout the whole eye appointment.
