I called to make an appointment as a new patient. Krissy or whoever picked up the phone is mean. She acted like the optometrist was exclusive. I understand that the doctor is busy. However, telling me, “if you really want to see our doctor, you’ll have to change your schedule” is just rude. I encourage the doctor to train her staff. There are other optometrists out there who actually appear to care and be nice.
Called and agree with all these reviews.. they are super pretentious and high on their horse when you call. I found the entire experience very unsatisfactory. I think up front they need to tell you that they don't have spots for over a month. That way, busy people can go on with their lives if that doesnt work off the bat. I don't get these reviews here that say ohhh I'm from outta town and they got me in... what??? I live literally down the street. I'm never ever considering this place and I think others should not or think about a snooty intro and based on other people...a nice doctor. If you're willing to wait I guess but I don't.
Dr Bennett is nice. Her receptionist is very rude and completely unhelpful. My wife and I have both attempted to make multiple appointments and get clarification on things before. My wife has called numerous times to schedule things and the receptionist has hung up on her while she’s been talking. I would recommend Dr Bennett, but her staff, especially the receptionist, has completely changed my opinion of the entire office. We will be finding a new doctor.
