The new space is beautiful and spacious! The staff was welcoming and so helpful as I tried on numerous brands of sunglasses. My 8 year old son also got an exam. They were so helpful and patient with him as he went through the eye exam process. Dr. Knouff is kind and professional and we felt throughly takin care of. We will definitely be back!
I've been seeing Dr. Nguyen for a few years now and every experience is great. The staff is unfailing kind, helpful, informative, and genuine. Dr. Nguyen is outstanding. She is thorough and efficient. She explains my eye health and all tests and results so I have an active understanding of what's happening with my peepers. She assesed my situation and previous eye health concerns and provided great solutions that have helped tremendously. And she's always fun to catch up with, which is a nice bonus! I also love that you can schedule appointments via their website. It's intuitive and convenient. And it makes me more likely to make appointments since I hate making phone calls.
