Ears-Rite

My experience at Eyes Rite Ears Rite was second to none. I have traveled the world and abroad performing and I have never had such great customer service experience. The gentleman that assisted me greeted me with a smile, was very welcoming and helpful from the time I walked into door until the time I left. I've recommended Eyes Rite Ears Rite to several of my colleagues ,family and friends because of the level of expertise, customer service and professionalism. I will continue to use this company for my eye care and eye wear needs. I recommend that you give them a try.

My family and I have been customers of Eyes Rite Inc for the past 15 years and the service has always been great until this year. In April 2015 I went in for my checkup and the Optometrist was as informative and caring as ever. I ordered 2 boxes of color contact lenses and went in to pick them up a week later. The clerk in the office had ordered glasses for me which I had not ordered, but since I had been a long time customer and did not want them to get stuck with it, I paid for them anyway. The contacts I was given were not color contact lenses and the clerk said he would re-order them. Almost 2 months later I am still waiting for my contacts and I have since found out that Eyes Rite is under new ownership. Needless to say, my family and I will not be back. The Optometrist is great, but I would advise customers to get their prescriptions for glasses, contacts, etc. filled elsewhere unless they are purchasing with a credit card. That way if you do not get what you pay for your credit card company can reverse the charges.

This is my second year getting glasses at Eyes-Rite. I no longer have vision insurance since I retired, so I really search for good quality at an affordable price. Great selection of frames; professional service; and fantastic prices. I am very pleased with my glasses again this year. I will be back again next year!
