I’ve been on the hunt for a new eye doctor for awhile after having awful experiences At the recommendation of a coworker I came here. Best experience I’ve had at an eye doc. The whole experience took 30 mins from start to finish, Dr. Lopp was very informative and I learned so much new information about my vision that no other doctor had ever taken the time to explain. I’ve found my new eye doctor! Highly recommend!
Dr. Lopp and his staff are some of the most caring people I've ever met. I needed further treatment for my eyes, which 20/15 were able to help me find. I will definitely be back to get my contacts/glasses. I'm so glad that I came here first. Thank you Dr. Lopp!
Google, their website, and their front door says that they're open until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.. When I arrived at 5:30pm on a Thursday, they already locked the door and shewed me away while the other employee continued packing up. After spending an extra 40 minutes to go out of my way to prevent from having to pick the glasses up on a Saturday, I left empty handed and will have to drive back again. After spending close to $700-$1000 there every year, they will no longer receive my business or my references. As a customer, I did not feel I recieved proper customer service and my time was not respected.
