It was my first visit to Mobley Eye Care and the front office team was great. Unfortunately the doctor would not let me accompany my wife during the eye exam process (and it was NOT due to COVID -19 Protocols). Before seeing the doctor I explained to the technician I would like to accompany my wife during the eye exam procedure because she struggles with processing information, instructions and/or directions. The technician allowed me to be present while conducting initial eye tests. The technician informed me she would have to check with the doctor to determine if it was permissible for me to join my wife during the exam that would be conducted by the doctor. Unfortunately the doctor did not give permission and I was told that everything which occurred during the exam would be shared after the exam. No other reason. I requested a refund and canceled two future eye exam appointments scheduled for me and my son. Customer Service needs work... support small local businesses???
