Very poor customer service. They never answer the phone. You have to call 3-4 times just for someone to pick up. Ordered a pair of contacts, and the lady told me she would call me if there was any problems. Three days later, I call back and another lady tells me the contacts were ordered but have not arrived yet. A week later, I call back and someone tells me that the contacts were never ordered because my prescription isn’t on file. Keep in mind, I ordered my last box of contacts from this office 3 months ago and emailed my prescription over to do so. The clerk tells me my prescription isn’t on file for some reason. The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced from an eye doctor office.

They took very good care of my husband, however, their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Called to attempt the make a appointment (new patient)waiting on hold for exactly 32 minutes and no one even picked up apologizing for the delay. Feeling very frustrated drove there in person. Explained to the front desk girl what happened and she just looked at me like I had a 3rd eye. Maybe it’s me but customer service today is unacceptable like no one cares anymore. Just wanted to share this.

I was able to get a same day appointment within 2 hours. Once I got there, the longest part of the appointment was just me deciding on frames. They get you through each step of the appointment super quickly but without you feeling rushed or unwelcome. Everyone was super friendly and gave me suggestions on how to save money and maximize my insurance benefits. I will be going here from now on.

Waited 2 months for an apt for my girls. Once I ordered my girls glasses paid for half of the over priced and very expensive glasses. I waited another 4 months to finally receive the pairs. I had to leave work on multiple occasions to go to the store to find out what was going on just for them to tell me they are still not ready. They don't answer phone or return voice messages. I have never had such a horrible experience like this in my life. I will NEVER go back to this place ever. Please go some where else for you glasses.
