Edit review 1.0 star rating 6/13/2019 The 12th Street NE location is not wheelchair accessible and staff are rude about it to boot. When my 16 year-old son and his caregiver tried and couldn't access the store, the staff member said that they could try on glasses on the sidewalk in the rain. The staff member was nasty to our caregiver and then to me when I called to inquire about the incident. When I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me. This was a humiliating and illegal experience for all involved.

I just picked up my glasses yesterday and the invisible bifocal is the new type. I think the doctor called them digital. They are great. I can see so much improvement in my vision. The staff is very nice and helpful. Whitney explained my insurance coverage for the purchase of glasses. I have been a patient for over ten years and I have never seen the office treat anyone in a rude way. I have always had a great experience.
