Not a kid friendly practice at all, Dr. Liu is not compassionate at all ; She wanted my son to look through the machine, that helps define his vision behind the eye, and because he would not sit still ( he is only 2 ) she grabbed his head and tried holding it ( firm grip ) against the machine. Facility is VERY unorganized and a HOT MESS. She rushes and does not take her time with you, she should NOT be in business. Def, will not be going back nor recommending her to ANYONE!

I would not recommend Dr liu it was my first and last time and I never went back wish I had read reviews before going this place is filthy no space and it’s not kid friendly my problem is she’s not kids friendly either she keeps asking how we going to pay that’s not even the worst part she keeps pushing my 4 year old son so hard almost like she hitting him in the back very ruff and keeps doing the same thing over and over she doesn’t know how to explain what’s the problem the stuff are not sanitize she just picking up dusty stuff putting on my son face she put something in my son eyes it was super green I went to good eye doctor after her visit and it was the best lots of patient don’t bring your kids here please

My daughter has been seeing Dr Liu for over 5 years She has changed my daughter life and the therapy has accelerated her progress in School helping her gain ground. Dr Liu has continued to see her patients even remotely during the pandemic acknowledging the need for consistency and continuity with her therapy. Since consolidating her offices and having each patient wait while the other leaves and having each person ‘s equipment stay with them was a great idea. Dr Liu is an amazing brilliant ground breaking eye therapist and we are lucky to have found her My daughter is off to college in the fall!

After a couple of months of seeing my 5 year old son and taking plenty of our money for copays, eyeglasses and therapy equipment, Dr. Liu sent us a certified letter "firing" him from her practice. This unexpected letter explained that my son was not making progress fast enough and that we were not doing the homework she assigned (we were). This is a special needs child who struggles with sensory processing disorder, a speech delay, and has issues with his gross/fine motor skills. Often times Dr. Liu cut our 1/2 hour visit short, even after just 15 minutes, but was always quick to collect her money. The office is filthy, papers everywhere, old food sitting around, and thick dust covering every inch of space. Please consider other options before choosing to see Dr. Liu, especially if it's for a child.
