Terrible service! He is more than snarky and disrespectful, I have no clue where these positive reviews came from but they are far from accurate. Aside from etiquette with guest he also lacks modern frames. I called weeks ago and he said he was getting ray bans now he said not until June. If I could give him no stars I would.

2 stars because I’m feeling generous. Donna made a huge discrepancy in prescription glasses to handicapped patron. Sent patient home with wrong prescription even after said person stated prescription made patron feel immediately dizzy Donna told said person to wear the glasses until patient got used to it and sent her off. Completely dismissing the concern of a possible wrong prescription. Fast forward a few weeks later patron is experiencing vertigo and extreme headaches. After almost falling from the dizziness I eventually contact patients ophthalmologist to verify prescription. I get a copy of original prescription and head over to vision center in hopes of rectifying mishap. As I arrive I’m greeted by very sweet young lady eventually Donna attends to me and as I am taking a seat Donna asks for patient phone number associated with file. In the 7 seconds I took to give information she inquired she asks for it yet again rushing me. As I show her the new prescription and asks if this can be corrected she talks over me! It’s bad enough she messed up the prescription and also dismisses a major concern a patient has regarding their glasses she has the audacity to rush me. I love target but honestly things like this make me want to bring my business and money to a place where I feel welcomed and taken care of.

Left a message late in the day. I truly wasn’t expecting a call back that same day, but much to my surprise I received a call from Donna within 30 minutes. She was fantastic- patient, friendly and very proficient. She was able to contact my insurance company to verify coverage and placed my order within little time. Such a great experience.

Appointment was for 2pm wasn't seen till 3pm. He is a one man show. Does everything from answering phones to checking insurance and seeing patients. 4 weeks later and I still don't have my glasses. I work in the medical field and this is not that way you operate.
