Customer service was EXCELLENT! I don't know what thaw other reviewer was talking about. Keyauna (sp) was the one who handled me and my Sons purchases, AND went out of her way to escort us to the appropriate department that handles exams and accepts Tricare insurance. She was very attentive and took alk of our information. When we returned two weeks later, she remembered us as and was able to quickly process our order. I did notice that there were several customers who felt entitled to jump lines or interrupt conversations rather than wait their turn. Having to wait 1 to 3 minutes is nothing...and is CERTAINLY no excuse to try to make yourself stand out based on your husband's rank! Get over yourself! The staff at Optical National Vision are professional and great at what they do. Don't waste your time believing a fake negative review from a impatient customer. Its more cost effective than any of the off base shops, there are many options to choose from, AND they take Tricare! Go check them out!

Went there last night - Clerk (I know her name but I’ll refrain from posting it) had zero interest in helping me - she did tell her co-worker 3 times while I was there to take out the trash (including when her coworker was helping a customer) 100% made it hard to do business with them - I’ll shop elsewhere.

I bought a pair of my own frames on 8 April 2019 into the store to purchase new lenses. I was told the glasses would be back in two weeks. Here it is May 6, 2019, and no call about my glasses. I went into the store to inquire about my glasses and they said they still haven’t arrived. I asked what is the the policy for contacting customers if their order is going to be extended and she said if we receive a call from the lab, we will reach out. Of course the system is down and still don’t know where or when my glasses will be. This is poor customer service on their end.
