Angelica greeted my husband and I and was just great! She very patiently searched our records, explained our cost options which we’re quite sensitive to and led us to our best choices. Angelica was professional while also being warm and personable. We were most satisfied w her service! In addition she is a terrific multi tasker. She was aware of what was happening w other customers and co-workers, giving direction and making sure all customers were being attended to. Never once did we feel put off or neglected. She’d be a great manager!

Was given a run around by the OPTOMETRIST and this for several months! Resulting wrong lenses, they couldn't locate the eyeglasses, and this resulted to someone else's who got the prescription. Always excuses! Contacted the Health Insurance to get refunded for additional $100.00 charges. Won't recommend this place in San Bernardino, Ca. Beside my OWN frame bought sometime ago in Long Beach, Ca. Still can't read with lenses
