Terrible service. I had an eye exam and ordered my glasses on 6/20/2022. To this day I still do not have my brand new glasses. I called their office today 7/19/2022. They told me that there is a problem cutting he lenses and want my to pay more for polycarbonate lenses. It almost seems like a bait and switch to get customers to pay more out of pocket. Beware these unethical practices.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful in answering questions I had. The girls at the eye glasses counter helped me pick and gave me my options for glasses and what I could get based on my insurance.
