"Great to see reply from the owner as this did bring her attention to their issue. In her reply, there is another key mis-communication from their part which ultimately brought up the issue here. "There is a clear distinction between picking frames between non-MJ and MJ brand and the return/replacement process is completely different" This key policy difference was not brought up in various discussion with their reps and office visits in my situation and sadly to see they are not willing to take on correction on this mis-communication from their side. Need to have a sign on this in Office as well." Original: No disclosure on special ordering and return policy within five visits during exam, frame selection, ordering, paying/picking up the lenses. This caused confusion and frustration when dealing with a pair of glasses ordered online did not work for you on the same day after pickup. Took one week for some update on return request. Conflicting return/refund policy within reps up-leveled the mis-management and trust issue within a single day. Offered to re-make one with non MJ brand from the office, although prefer MJ instead. Cannot return/refund and reinstate the benefit from my insurance provider, which left me stranded on choice. Recommend a sign in office: "No Return&Refund, so Pick with Care"

Terrible service and pitiful attitude. I went for an eye check up which was ok and was told my sight is good while there is just a little onset of short site which is normal for the age and no prescription recommended. Since my insurance allows for glasses every 2 years and given the amount of time I spend in front of a computer, asked if I can utilize that for glasses to filter out blue light, Paid for the frame, glasses and when received after 10 days, it had prescription added with out any notification or confirmation what kind of glasses I would like if adding prescription. When I went back to understand options, the attitude of the staff was sad and were not willing to see the shortcomings in their process or even adjust for the future. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Ann at the front desk very tentative and friendly. Dr Harry Chan is very thorough with exam and doesn’t pressure you to get glasses from their office. They provided me with my prescription with no questions asked. I recommend friends and family.
