I’ve been coming to this location for about 4 years. Today I’ve decided that I will be switching to a different eye care place. All the people that were currently here are no longer here. They have been replaced with rude girls in their 20s acting snotty with customers including myself. There was only one in the entire store that was friendly. The others act like they don’t have time to help you. The doctor was nice but very fast. I felt rushed and I didn’t like that he didn’t take time to talk to me about my eye health. It all felt very rushed and just “give us money and get out of here” feel to it. I’d rather go somewhere where I am allowed to get the proper care and respect I deserve as a paying customer. As for this location? Good riddance!

I have been going to vision works for about 12 years now, even when Vision Works was inside the mall. The current staff led my Marissa and Anali are top notch. Marissa is a total professional who I am sure will accomplish many great things in her life. Anali is very friendly and I am looking forward to seeing her again. I love my new glasses in the new style they make me look cool. Vision Works is better than they have ever been.

Didn't really care for this location. I've had better experiences at Wal-Mart/Target eye centers. Customer service is lukewarm and could care less about anyone in their general vicinity. I never felt welcomed but rather more like a nuisance. Questions were met with vague answers and sighs of frustration. Pricing didn't make sense and they took over half and hour to confirm my insurance. I called in to verify the eyeglasses prescription they gave me was correct as I had trouble adjusting between the new glasses I ordered online and the new contacts I order through Visionworks. Insurance told me before I called that I entered everything correctly online and to verify Visionworks. Store said I was given correct prescription but also threw in the classic "maybe you didn't place the right order online." They then weirdly mentioned about how my left eye lens was slightly different than the contacts to account for an astigmatism but wouldn't elaborate. Then they said it could just be human error all around and that they've had customers return to their location only to find their prescription was off. Girl on the phone finished the conversation saying they couldn't help me because I didn't order my frames directly through them. Will not be returning to this location once I'm due for another eye exam. Edit: Please do not respond to this, Visionworks. Our business here is done and I will not respond.
