Everyone was really nice but that’s where the positive ends, I spent 4 months having this doctor trying to correct my prescription and it was just wrong, the last try it was close but not right, I went to a different doctor in town and he immediately knew what was wrong, he fixed it and my vision is perfect so clear and crisp I can see so well now that I now realize how awful my lenses and prescription from Tucson optometry clinic were. I do not recommend this place at all for people with strong astigmatism they just do not do a good job of getting the lenses correct. I highly highly recommend *** he took his time went over and over old scripts new scripts made sure my eyes were healthy and very quickly picked out what Dr Jake couldn’t find in months! ** can’t figure out how to reply to you, you can check my file and see the history it’s current just happened recently. Look me up by my name listed here, I was so disappointed in the service I received, my new eye doctor said it was ridiculous that I was told I may need eye therapy and that the issue was with the lens and had it been looked at under the microscope the doctor should have been able to see the issue right away. My new eye doctor is taking care of me, I got my new lens from him and my vision is fantastic no more blurry vision.

Very great optometry clinic. Shai and the team were so helpful and kind. Reasonably priced frames, and the team was so nice to work with my tricky insurance. They even helped me decide between frames and made me feel so comfortable and friendly and honest. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great doctor and professional team.

First timer for glasses and Shai was incredibly helpful in educating me on the technical optometry terms so that I could understand what it meant for my eyes and health. I'm so appreciative he took the time to explain what I wanted to know and gave me priority over taking phone calls after I randomly walked in to pick up my glasses. And it was fun how he enjoyed seeing me experiencing seeing the world clearly for the first time as I tried them on. I also tried on like 50 pairs of glasses they had to sterilize after and they made me feel comfortable doing that so I could find a pair I liked. Truly wonderful customer service.
