They were great with my kids, one of which being special needs can be a struggle. After I saw how wonderful they were with my kids, I made an appointment for myself. They took great care of me as well! Thanks to all the staff there for obviously loving your job!
Easy to make appt, friendly on the phone. Office spacious and spotless. Check in quick and smooth. Melanie the tech was efficient, listened well and taught me “eye stuff” I didn’t know. Dr. Jamie Hiscox was extremely thorough, also listened well to my particular eye needs and wants, took her time with the exam. Finally, Maritza who worked with me to chose glasses, was patient, explained the financial details clearly, but mostly helped me select glasses for my complicated prescription with skill. This was my first visit to the Tucson Optometry visit, but it won’t be my last!
I very rarely write reviews but these people deserve it! I have glaucoma and was from out of town I needed to get my pressure checked several times awaiting surgery they always made time for me and kept in touch with my attending physicians. Highly recommend them!
