I lost my glasses and came here to get an exam and new pair, everyone I met with was wonderful! The doctors assistant, Dr. Bill, Cassandra, and Kristina were all exceptional people who made sure I left with glasses the same day with a nice frame that fit my face. I am definitely coming back, would recommend!
I had a wonderful experience with Cassandra at the Tucson Mall location. I had accidentally stepped on my LensCrafters sourced glasses and bent the hinge. Cassandra was able to rebend them, and get them to fit me perfectly. And all for free! I expected that they would need to send them out for repair, so this was excellent service.
