Very impressive. I went in ti the store on a whim. It was the grand opening. I had my eye exam and glasses chosen within 30 minutes. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, likable and helpful. They said I would have my two pair of glasses in an hour. I never heard of such a thing. True to their word, I received a text when each pair were done. I believe it was closer to 45 minutes. I returned as soon as possible and was fitted and presented with my new glasses. I’ve had them for only 4 days but I can attest to their excellence. An amazing deal by a great business with stellar employees. A special shout out to Joshua (I hope that’s correct) the young man knew his business and wouldn’t have me leaving without being 100 percent satisfied.
Customer service great. No waiting around to be seen. Efficient and friendly. Lots to pick from. And after picking everything out they had my glasses in 30 minutes! I always get progressive lenses and transition lenses so the other places always had to send them out and come back in 2weeks. These guys have everything on hand. That makes a difference when you have to travel 50 miles to get to an affordable clinic.And are guaranteed for damage for 1 year without extra expense of additional insurance. Great experience
The team here was top notch. I had an eye exam, and the Doctor was fantastic, as were his staff. I step into the retail side of the business, pick out the style of frames I wanted, and within an hour I had my glasses. World class service on both sides of the business. Highly recommend.
