There are new doctors in this Costco’s eye clinic and the office is under new management. The doctors are terrific and the staff has been amazing. They definitely answer their phones now! Our most recent experience has been a huge improvement. Definitely coming back!

Don't expect cordial treatment like the rest of the Costco store. My wife had an appointment, we arrived before her appointment time and felt lost, an elder gentleman was bending/fitting some some frames. Glanced at us, slapped the ticket machine and said grab a number. I said, ok, maybe he's busy. We go into the Dr's. office, and with an urgent voice the lady in there asks us to wait outside. We felt lost, my wife's name wasn't acknowledged, they just wanted us out of there. Sad to say but service at the local Walmart was much more cordial, but I did end up paying like $500 for my glasses. Sad to say, one of the first bad experiences at Costco.

Our family had a great experience here. One stop shop for back to school glasses and contacts. They were very pleasant and took the time to explain things to us and answered all of our questions. Glasses here were of higher quality than Walmart and Target where we used to go. We spent so much less here for brand names like Oakley and Prada.
