Super fabulous experience! My eye dr (not costco) was a jerk and refused to give me the pupillary distance part of my prescription. The nice lady at the costco measured it for me, no problem-o. She even wrote it down so I'd have a complete prescription. Not to mention, I got a set of coach frames with the fancy super light lenses, that have all the scratch and glare coatings with matching leather case for $102. Granted, I have insurance which saved me about $100. The eye dr's office wanted $208 for a no name frame with similar bells, no whistles (leather case) on the same insurance. Next year I'm going to do my exam at costco too. No more mean and withholding eye dr's office. So there you have it, costco eye center, it's the best. Nice people, great prices, fancy glasses.

Over a dozen years, this Costco Optical still continues to exceed all my expectations. Negotiating Grant Road & parking is the only challenge visiting here. Nowadays, I travel four hours to this fine Optical Department; best service ever.

I think his name is Zack, hope I got that right. This guy is a genius! I have been having terrible problems figuring out why I could not get good vision correction. Zach realized it was the type of lenses I was using. I switched to the right lenses and instantly saw a huge difference. Zach is an experienced optician and a valuable asset to Costco. Give him a raise! :-)
