Ray is a super star at America's Best on Oracle at the Tucson location. He was caring, gave great options, even when I was running out of patience from having a hard time to see when choosing the perfect eye glasses for me.Thanks to Ray, I got the perfect frames that fit my face, and I get compliments often on my new glasses. Thank you Ray for your kindness, great customer service, and knowing better than me what eyeglasses I would be happy with. Ray also helped me to figure out my benefits to know what I could afford. Thanks to Ray for making my experience a great one.

Extremely poor experience. First, a routine appointment took over three hours?! Worse, they initially gave me an incorrect contact prescription for one eye; the doctor then reviewed and confirmed the correct prescription, so it appears the reason they gave me the wrong one is simply because they didn’t have it in stock. So they tried to mislead me solely for their own convenience, even though it puts me at risk of issues like headaches. The manager Angeles was openly passive aggressive, leaving at one point for fifteen plus minutes while I did her job googling other locations to find the correct contact strength at another store.

My eye exam and the Optometrist was a 10 but some of the office staff were not that friendly, I also think they should wear at least a top white lab coat or uniform. It would look much more professional. But great price on both frames and lens.
