The visit was phenomenal! Silvia(The Front Desk lady)and the rest of the optician staff have been really friendly throughout the whole visit. I got to meet two fabulous doctors Dr.Michael Huang who is an optician student doing my exam and Dr. Laura Gudenkauf who was explaining everything in perfect detail about my eye history. Very good job from these two! I’m so glad to be back at this eye place and that I got to see Luise who I haven’t seen since 2014. She knew my correct style of glasses I was looking for and recommended the perfect ones for me which are the Ray-bans. I can’t wait to wear them when I get them.This place also feature free text messaging through their company phone number if you need to get a hold of them to schedule an appointment. This worked out perfect so I didn’t have to call. Thank you Advanced Vision Care & Dry Eye Spa for taking great care of me yesterday! I’m so proud to be a returning patient back at your facility and I look forward to many more visits with you guys!
I just started coming here and I’m so pleased with the whole experience! The office itself is BEAUTIFUL (clean, organized, decorated nicely!), but the staff is what sets it apart. I’ve never experienced a friendlier staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. From the wonderful front desk ladies, to the techs and doctors! Dr Gudenkauf is so nice, extremely knowledgeable and answers questions thoroughly and in an “easy to understand” way. Bianca was amazing, as well! So glad I found this place and looking forward to my next visit! Thanks Advanced Vision Care!
Well, the care is decent. They are organized, get you in and out quickly. However, do find out costs beforehand. They assured me that Medicare would pay most of their fees, but then I got a hefty bill a month later. I will be carefully limiting what I let them do next visit to keep the cost down.
