Made an appointment for 2:30...got there early at 2pm...waited to be seen untill 3:10 and still couldn't get a straight answer on how much longer I would have to wait. My time is valuable too. What is the point of making your customers make appointments if you don't intend to see them when you schedule them? Also I shouldn't have to tell the same person 3 times who I am and that I have an appointment. I will be taking my bussiness somewhere where it is appreciated.

Don't let them clean your glasses (their microfibers are dirty and will scratch your new glasses lenses) Dislike this place. Firstly, everything seemed great about this place when I first signed up and ordered glasses but after getting warranty and replacements I've noticed how annoyed the staff became of me after getting my replacement. I picked up new glasses got them adjusted and without asking the staff grabs the lenses and then ferociously scratches them with the dirty fiber tower. It was all unnecessary since they were new lenses with no dirt on them. Their microfibers are filthy

Most toxic work environment I've ever worked in. Julie the manager was extremely unprofessional and talked horribly about every single person in the office. When confronted she cut all my hours for weeks. I went from 36ish hours a week for 6 months to 14 hours my last month there. Reported everything to HR and her boss and nothing was done. There were a total of three of us that reported her and emailed her boss justin and there was still nothing done. Such a bummer for such a amazing career opportunity to be ruined by someone so evil and spiteful and have no repercussions
