Eye exams is a procedure to evaluate the functions of the eye that provide normal vision. Namely, how the size, shape, and color of objects are perceived, as well as their location relative to each other. Eye exams are necessary for the timely detection of abnormalities and successful correction. Eye exams include accurate determination of the patient's visual acuity and refraction, intraocular pressure measurements, microscopic examination of the eye (biomicroscopy), pachymetry (corneal thickness measurement), echobiometry (eye length determination), ultrasound eye examination (B-scan), computer keratotopography and thorough retinal (eye fundus) examination with a wide pupil, tear production level determination and detailed visual field examination of the patient. Various methods are used to test vision, the results of which allow the doctor to identify abnormalities and prescribe a correction.

By far the best experience I have ever had getting glasses! I wear glasses myself and my six year old needed to get a new pair because she is growing. Her Dr. recommended Eyemart, we were able to go in and were helped immediately picked out a pair of glasses they measured where her eyes were on the lens and 30 minutes later I received a text letting us know they were done! We usually have to wait minimum 2-4 weeks to get glasses and it was done the same day, it was also affordable and they gave us a great discount because they did not take our insurance and we were paying cash! 10/10 recommend and will be going there whenever we need new glasses.

I was experiencing an eye issue that I needed to have evaluated. My eye office was not open and I took a chance and walked in without an appt. They were able to work me into their schedule and evaluate my eye. I was very appreciative of the entire staff and Dr. Limigo was very helpful in her explanation of my eye issue .

I wasn’t going to go into detail about my experience… but the response kind of felt taunting. I scheduled an appointment at 12:05 for my daughter. We arrived ten minutes early but got treated like we just walked in off the street and had to wait until 12:45, while two separate sets of customers, that came in after us, were helped. No big deal, life happens. What earned the low rating was, when we finally got help. We went through the pre-exam portion and got put in the room where the second phase of the exam happens. The doctor on the screen gave very little direction to my nervous daughter and kept arguing with the lady who was helping us during the visit. By the time it was all done and said. She had gone through 3 pre-exams and 2 of the second phase exams. The whole process took 2.5 - 3 hours to complete. When we finally made it out of the exam rooms. My daughter got to hear the complaining between co-workers, about the rude doctor we got to work with. It was completely unprofessional. We plan to pick up her glasses and finish getting the prescription for the contacts. After that, we’re taking the prescriptions and our business elsewhere.
